Documentation and procurement programme:

Procurement strategy, tender packages, adjudications and awards.

Construction phase:

Contract programme: claims management, change management, bottleneck/ risk identification and management, commissioning and handover management.
Regular updates programme reviewing contractor resources/variations/amendments/catch up miniature programmes
