Teboho Nchapha – Managing Director. A registered Professional Project Manager (PrCPM) with Quantity Surveying background and 23 years of experience in the Built Environment.
He has worked in all aspects of quantity surveying, cost engineering, project and construction management, and contract administration in both consulting and construction firms, namely BTKM Incorporated, WBHO and Concor construction companies. His expertise extends to Development Management including initiation of projects, development advisory, funding and packaging of property development schemes from inception to construction completion and thereafter facilities management. These he provides for various clients both in the Private and Public Sectors.
He is a member of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) and the Former President of the Association for Construction Project Managers (ACPM).
He has a BTECH in Quantity Surveying, an NHDip in Building Surveying from Technikon Witwatersrand and Postgraduate Diplomas in Property Development & Management from Wits University and Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).
Eric Mojaki – Technical Director, a construction consultant with over 22 years experience in the construction industry.
His career started at LTA Construction as a site engineer and escalated to a Jnr. Contract Manager after a period of five years, some of the project executed were: FNB Bank City Phase III and IV, Bophelong Hospital – North West province and the prestigious Westcliff Hotel. In his role as Project Manager some of his responsibilities were to lead the projects in their entirety including the appointment, management and co-ordination of the professional consulting teams and contractors. Also included all financial controls namely business cases, budgets, cost plans, cashflow and financial appraisals. Project executed as project manager were: Shosholoza Meyl facilities at JHB Park Station (+- 12 000m2), Passenger Transfer Facility at ACSA – OR Tambo International Airport (+- 5 500m2), Refurbishment of Emergency Management Services – Soweto (+- 900m2), Upgrade to SAPS Dobsonville Police Station (700m2) and Upgrade of Doornfontein Station, etc.
Mr Mojaki holds a National Technical Certificate Part 4 from Highveld Technical College, a NDip Building Science, from Witwatersrand Technikon, a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and CSIM from Henley College in UK. He has a full membership of the Association of Construction Project Managers (ACPM), sits at its Executive Committee, and a member of Charted Institute of Building (CIOB).
